Hiring campaigns usually come from a corporate HR view point and have a tremendous amount of corporate speak in them (401ks, HMO’s/PPO’s, HSA, salaries etc. ugh). We flipped the script on that for our Senior Living client, Illuminus (and Commonheart). The fact is, being a nurse means you work for the people you care for. So the messaging came from the patients. Seniors are fun and they have some giant personalities. They have quirks and sometimes do fall into loveable cliches. They’re full of life and want people around to share it with. That’s the benefit worth focusing on. They want you.

It’s a little confusing but Illuminus are senior communties while Commonheart is at home care. Creatively we needed to find solutions to break apart production for both companies but still stay to true to the idea.
